Bottle: Golden with a medium white head. The aroma is light citrus fruit also contained hints of spice and wheat. Taste is nice with a citrus white beer taste to include that wheat finish. Just enough carbonation to keep the taste bud lively.

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, thin creamy off-white layer; big fruity nose: oranges, lemons, ripe bananas with a touch of yeast; sweet (fruity) flavour, with some very mild acidity; sweet-fruity (citrousy), fresh finish. A pleasant, refreshing wheat-beer.........Thank You, Yogi !

Bottle, thanks secret Nat
Hazy yello, bubbly, foamy white head. Oranges, minerals and clove in the aroma. Yeasty minerally, a hint oranges, light, slightly papery body, some citric tartness - fizzles out on a clove note.

Bottled (BB 07/2006)
Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma has sweet yeasty banana (De Dolle like) and spices (maybe coriander). Light to medium-bodied. Palate is also quite light, otherwise this would be a tasty beer: banana sweetness, some spices, mild alcoholic kick. Quite carbonated.

Bottle. A very spicy (cloves/pepper) aroma with moderate banana/peach as well. Light yellow with small head. Clove flavor primarily with only slight banana ester flavor. On the watery side.

An unclear orange beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet and wheat and so is the flavor, though in the flavor there are mixed in notes of caramel.

Slightly yellow-coloured good head, large bubbles; heavily carbonated, deep-golden beer. Musty, sourish smell, aged & wrinkled apples. There is some oxydation (beer is indeed 1.5 year old) Slight oxidation in the taste; chaff and wet, not quite mouldy malt. A very fine herbal-perfumey flavour. Just a hint of wheat, no sourness here. Slight peppery finish. Carbonation only heavy at the start, drops fast. Some burning (malt?) giving a false alcholimpression. Quite dry. The bottle was unintentionally purchased aged. As it is, it seems to benefit the beer. I was underwhelmed by an earlier fresh sample.
