This recipe is over 200 years old! Gunther and David insist that a true Schwarzbier is more than just a black lager. Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Dark brown with small tan head. Moderately sweet smoky chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Solid
