This ale was brewed with German Wheat, Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats, German Tradition Hops, Molasses, Local Wildflower Honey, & German Kölsch Yeast. We absolutely love this beer! This Ale drinks so clean with beautiful floral character coming from the German Tradition Hops and Wildflower honey and a crisp biscuity finish.⠀

--Sample, thanks AndySnow! -- Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with honey and grain. Sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel.Honey and floral hops on doughy grain. Low to medium bitterness.

Light lime here. Decent grain as well. Pours golden with decent head. Clean finish. Light honey, molasses. Tap at brewery.
