Bottle from the cidery. Clear golden. Quite funky, cow, sweet apple, light mineral, cork, light floral, soft apple pie. Under medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied with nice sparkly carbonation, and very dry with a lot of tannins. It’s funky, aromatic, fruity, sweet enough and very dry. It has it all. Great!
