Can shared in London - cheers to Dan. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of chocolate, ashy roast, booze, some raisins. Full bodied, velvety, with light carbonation. Warming finish, ashy roast, bittersweet cocoa. Solid.

Can at the columbus tasting 24/11/2022. Many thanks to Daniel Osprey. An oily dark brown coloured pour with a lasting loose mid tan head. Aroma is big charred sugars, burnt sugars, liquorice, black roast, nutty. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown sugars, creme caramel, brandy snap sugars, black liquorice, light ashy roast. Palate is thick and chewy, light chilli heat, mellow carbonation. Nice.
