Slow gusher to good dense white head over veiled orange beer. Farmyard odours, rhubarb, even some horseblanket, freshly cut (sour) flowers and herbs, bit sulphury. More of the same - wild yeasts, rhubarb, flowers, hint at Lindenblossom, and some sulphury hint. Finish is quite earthy. Light body, almost refreshing - counteracted by the spicy malts. Medium carbonation. Another remarkable French brewery, definitely on the right path! Txs to Stef

Hazy blond colour with thin head. Aroma of grape and unripe nectarine. Some funk too although that fades a little. Very clean and light in the mouth. Almost wheaty. Tangerine. Chalk.
