Bottle Hazy, brown/reddish amber body with a light brown, frothy head that diminishes fastly. I think the aroma is very interesting with hints of white wine, oak, pear sirupe, honey, apple, exotic fruit, flowers: quite complex and refreshing - one would expect from the looks to smell a lot of malts, but that is not at all the case. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour of fruit/juice. The mouthfeel is quite soft. Very interesting beer, nice complexity with an ok balance. Quite a lot of carbonation which makes it a tiny little bit like a dark Duvel.

Very red-amber colour, under amber-yellow head, fast gone. Intense nose of elderberry syrup; very faintly raspberry. Really intense. Artificial fruit taste, with cherry & raspberry flavouring, but indifferently sweet - overly sweet. Light despite the syrupy character. Disappointing for Kerkom. I hope Marc will do better at home. The name is a failed attempt at jumping on the wagon of a silly television soap.
