Aroma: Roasted malt with fruity notes.
Flavour: Malty sweet with notes of sweet fruits and a very light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lightly bitter. Colour: Dark Brown with a lightbrown head.

Can from Artichoke, an institution on the north side of the river in Norwich where you'll often find paddle boarders. Very dark, easy roasted malt taste, and a fair roasted aroma too. Always slightly understated as a stout though.

18/5/2024. Can at Landshut GP beer share. From Arti Cans & Bottles (at the Artichoke), Norwich. Pours close to black with a short lasting beige head. Aroma is ashy, chocolate, roasted malt, earthy, caramel, dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Moderate body, watery, average carbonation. Bittersweet finish.
