330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark copper-ish, amber colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Herbal-grassy, piney, slightly earthy, resinous, hoppy and pale as well as caramel malty aroma, hints of dark honey, a touch of mint. Taste is herbal-grassy, piney, resinous hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis almost without residual sweetness; lingering, dry finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry palate, very fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, very clean and homogeneous, highly drinkable, very good mouthfeel, maybe a tad cautious - wonderful 3C Pale Ale.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before September 2023. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-resiny aroma of orange jam, mango and some pine. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite resiny, slightly fruity taste of pine, grains, some mango and a touch of grapefruit, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Pale Ale, fairly old school, rather dry compared to most examples of the style, especially within the German way of brewing it.
