Süffiger, fruchtig-saurer Beginn. Spritzig, etwas hefig, leicht unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert. Konstante Aromatik, erfrischend, passend trocken zum Ende. Nett. 10/8/9/8/9/9

Murky cream beige color with low white head. Aroma: tarty, gooseberry juicy. Taste: tart, lacto sour, light gooseberry. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Tasty, refreshing, quite potent sourness.
