Fles gedeeld door Benzai, gedronken met Keukenman en Tomhendriksen. Troebel rood bier. Aroma is fruitig en zuur. De smaak is fruitig en zurig. Nasmaak is zuur.

Bottle at tasting. Clear golden ish color. No head. Aroma and flavor are nicely sourish, superbly balanced, pleasantly fruity, grape peel. Very very pleasant, very very well made.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
375 c&c from the brewery. Pours rosy copper with a transient white head. Aroma related to rosé wine. Except there's a sour note. Med body or better. Grape skins in the flavor, but neither red nor white. Flavor really does suggest rosé, and the sour suggests lambic. Quite dry. Moderately sour. Tasty.
