Bottle. Golden color. Flowery, chalky aroma with a hint of orange. Flowery and thin, hints of orange and soap. Malty, yet disappointing.

*Old rating, best before 24.08.(10). Getreidig-süßliches, leicht malziges Bier. Nicht zu tief, leicht herb, schön süffig. Nett.

bottle, drunk during the football match Germany-Ghana; traded with Frankenland. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose. Solid malty background with an intenisve hoppy bitterness with a grassy and resiny character. Very nice and rather hoppy. Good!

Bottle (Halbzeitseidla): Clear, golden coloured, smaller, slowly collapsing white head; aroma similar to the Nordeck-Trunk, but a bit diluted:fruity-hoppy nose with chalky traces; light bodied, light bitter-sweet flavour, mainly dry; delicate lingering bitter finish, a bit unbalanced. Drinkable, not overwhelming......

(bottle, as Halbzeit Seidla, 4.9%) Clear, golden colour with a dense foamy white head of medium size. Medium-sweet fruity malt aroma with a touch of honey and herbal, slightly spicy hops. Soft grainy sweetness in good balance with honeyish fruity notes and herbal hops, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated, pleasant mouthfeel. Unfortunately the finish lacks the initial balance and the bitterness gets a bit raw. Still a drinkable hoppy Helles.
