Lager beer, the color of sunflowers, as luminous as the rising sun. Determined foam, white and pure like the cherry blossoms of Hokkaido. Serene volatiles, with citrus, lychee and salt air. refreshing, the paused stage in a tub delicately polished the bitter and fine-tuned its flavor, balancing the sweetness of the rice and the generous acidity. Final reflection in the mouth with medium and dry posture, somehow mysterious.

0,33 l bottle from a Pingo at Câmara de Lobos, Madeira. BB 10/2026. Clear pale golden in the glass, small white head. Dry soft malt aroma, some rice sweetness. Taste is also smooth malty, typical rice elements. Little bit dry, low bitterness. Nice and easy drinking smooth Lager.

75 cl bottle. Golden colour.Malt syrup with some salt aroma.The taste’s similar to Chang Beer.Medium/thin body and medium carbo. Kind of boring especially if you’re drinking the whole 75 cl.

Bottle 33cl. from a Pingo Doce supermarket, Setubal poured into a shaker @Olivera de Sao Felipe. Clear deep golden coloure, fair frothy white head, good retention, thin layer remains, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, corn, rice, light kombu, faint lime, faint earthy hops. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, corn, rice, some umami (the flor de sal?). Medium body watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, soft carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy notes, some cardboard, touch of umami, okay.

Tap at supermarche madeira., a clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is corn, grassy, grassy hops, skunky hop, pop corn. Flavour is composed of semi sweet corn, cereal grains, salt, spicy hop,. Palate is crisp, light grains, biscuit, rice cakes, higihs carbonation. Not bad.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 2A). Bottle 74 cl - Batch L2818552. AROMA: predominant sweet malty background with rice and corn notes. extremely faint sea salt note. no hop aroma and some diacetyl present. APPEARANCE: slight pale golden color and translucent. average moussy white head with style average retention. TASTE: mild cereal flavour with notes of diacetyl perceptible. low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: light body with moderate carbonation. OVERALL: another special edition from Unicer that brings nothing new. the ingredients present on the label are not perceptible, rendering a beer that resembles a lighter version of Super Bock (the main lager brand from Unicer).
