High Survival has been brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops to highlight the survivable compounds found in certain hop varieties. For this beer we specially selected Idaho 7, Citra and Cryo Pop® for the whirlpool and Idaho 7 and Cryo Loral during the fermentation dry hop, yielding pineapple, passion fruit and mango notes. After fermentation, we dry hopped this beer again with HBC 586 and Citra bringing stone fruit and grapefruit notes to the table to further elevate the aroma and flavor.
