Nectaron is a full sister to Waimea and daughter of Pacific Jade. Who said hops and brewing is not a sport for romantics! From the creator of Nelson Sauvin this hop variety was first bred in 2004 and passionately crafted by New Zealand’s hop researchers for over 17 years, until it was finally released commercially in 2020. Nectaron has intense tropical, stone fruit, pineapple and citrus character. It made a huge splash in the brewing community and we are so lucky that we got hold of some to make this beer.

Uklar gul med høyt og luftig hvitt skum. Lukter mest av aprikos og ananas. Medium bitter. Aprikos, grapefrukt og ananas i smak.

Burk från SB. Backlog. Något disig lysande ljusgul med vit krona. Något torrare, kryddig, gräsig, stram. Helt ok.

Ljust halmgul kraftigt grumlad vätska med ett tjock, högt, kompakt skumlock. Typiska aromer av ananas, grape och lite passionsfrukt. Juicig lätt maltighet med bebisbeska och rejäla toner av tropisk fruktfestis. Går tyvärr tretton på ett dussin.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head, which leaves quite good lace. Aroma is floral, fruity, some citrus, mild pineapple and some oats. Flavour is floral, fruity, some citrus, some oaty tones with mild wood.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy straw colour, rich firm head. Distinct aroma of nectarine, tangerine and peach. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, gentle mouthfeel. White bread, nectarine and grass. Mid bitter finish.

440ml Can - Murky golden yellow with a white head. Peach, nectarine, pineapple, passion fruit and grapefruit in the aroma. Passion fruit, grapefruit, orange, melon and some slightly earthy notes in the taste.
