50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Dry estery and mild wheaty aroma. Medium dry wheaty and estery flavoured. Crisp and fruity, yet not with the classic banana sticky sweet flavours. Lasting crisp and fruity impression into the far finish.

Bottled (From beerangel.de). Hazy orange colour, huge creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, banana, spices and some yeast. Flavour is banana, wheat, some yeast and mild herbal notes. Not that sweet, but still a very nice and refreshing wheat beer.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 06/2009) as "Holzkirchner Oberbrau Weisse". Slightly hazy yellow color, huge cloudy white head. Aroma of bubblegum and rubber gloves. Quite light, watery body, crisp carbonation. Citrusy, honey melon flavor. Light sour note too. Kind of refreshing weizen, but bland and unthrilling.

Bottle. Clove and dusty ginger aroma. Cloudy golden, yeast had solidified in the bottom an I had to shake it out, fairly low head. Whitebread base with plenty of spice. Light body, fizzy on the palate. Dusty exit.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, slowly collapsing mid-sized white head, bananas and cloves in the fruity, phenolic nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish- sweet- fruity finish. O.K., just average...

Bottle, St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Cloudy dirty golden colour. Good bubblegum, banana, lemon, wheat flavours. Bit overly carbonated for my liking but a good overall wheat beer.
