bottle, thank you MoritzF! Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Rather hoppy nose. Full-bodied, lovely malty background with a surprising amount of aromatic and bitter hops that balances the malty sweetness very well. Good!

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with citrusy notes. The flavor is sweet and very malty combined with medium notes of caramel and light notes of grain, leading to a dry finish where both an alcohol and honey note appears. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear pale golden with a small white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium body with a solid, clean and lightly sweet malt base. Lightly bitter finish. Is there a wee salinity? A decent Pale Bock. 220808

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet-bready malty nose with a soft grainy touch and slightly sweaty herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a slightly crispy carbonation. Solid malty and bready base with a touch of marzipan on a light herbal background; medium-dry sweet and slightly bitter finish with a light hops character. Okay, fairly quaffable Bock (04.08.08).

Bottle. A yellowish-golden, clear beer with a small white head. Notes of burnt plastic escape the glass, along with pale malt and fruity hops. Quite sweet flavor with pale malt, some fruity and piney hops and a decent bitterness. Notes of plastic. Medium lenght finish which is quite hoppy. Medium full, effervescent mouthfeel. A beer that there’s no use for.Sure, it’s drinkable, but the flavor isn’t much good and that’s the most important part of the beer. (080822)

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Mild cornish and light hops spiced. Crisp aroma. Flavour is sweet malty and with a delicate hops note. Good balance with a light bitterness escaping from the malt balance to provide a mild bitterness into the finish.

Bottle (Danke, Jonas !): Golden, quite stable white and lacy, almost creamy head, sweet-malty, bisquity nose with some hoppy traces in the background; moderate to stronger sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering sweet-bitter finish with an injection of alcohol in the aftertaste. A brave, decent Bock.....

Bottle, Golden faintly carbonated, off-whity layering head. Light dusty honeyish malt aroma. Fairly sweet sugary malt base, enogh spicy notes to make it interresting and balanced off with herbal hops. Medium, slick, slightly sticky body. Honey aftertaste.

Pale yellow. Honey aroma. Sweet and softly malty with low bitterness. Pleasant, but perhaps a little too sweet for me.
