Appearance: hazy yellow with a large white frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: overripe apples, wheat bread, leather, hardly any banana. Light sweet, a sourish touch. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: strange. Something must have gone wrong.

Sehr helle Farbe. Frisch fruchtig (insbesondere grüner Apfel), kernig getreidig, herb floral. Nicht zu intensiv, eher von leichtem Körper. Zu viel Kohlensäure, etwas zu scharf eingestellt.

Bottle. Citric, somewhat perfumed aroma. Loads of banana, some citrus and grass in the flavor. Well carbonated. Prickly mouthfeel. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad

500 ml bottle. Cloudy muddy pale orange, foamy head. Clove, light banana, citrus notes, estery notes. Mild dry fruity sourness. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture, lively carbonated, pleasant dry finish. Good.
