Sehr starke Karbonisierung. Süß-säuerlicher Traubenbeginn. Die Säure gewinnt schnell die Oberhand, milde Bitterkeit, sehr fruchtig. Intensiv, langer säuerlich fruchtiger Abgang. Gut. 8/10/11/10/9/11

Pour from a freshly opened 375 ml bottle at CBF Wien. Yellow, medium hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head. Beautiful aroma of barnyard, young cheese, lemon, wood, white wine, some stone fruits, some straw. Tastes similar, a bit less funky, with more fruits. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite fizzy carbonation. Finishes smooth, long, complex, wooden, fruity, funky, moderate vinous. Wow, this is damn close to a real Belgian Gueuze! Complex, balanced and elegant, with deep, rustic funk and fresh fruit notes. Quite a surprise, getting an outstanding Wild ale like this from Austria. Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

Tap, Pivo & Burger Fest. A bit hazy yellow golden, larger and foamy white head, pretty lasting. Solid soury nose, vinous, old wine cellar, grapes. Solid vinous sourness, pretty balsamic, slight acidic burn. Vinous finish and afteraste. Light. Fresh. Nice
