We decided to experiment with Champagne yeast and Pinot Noir grapes. After 1.5 years of brewing many batches, we now have the perfect recipe! Vuurzee is a light sparkling beer with a fruity aftertaste thanks to the Pinot-Noir grapes.

Uit de fles geschonken bij Kasteel Engelenburg, Brummen. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Zacht-kruidig, fruitig, steenvruchten en frisse druiven, zacht bubbeltje, degelijk bitter. Medium body. Vind het eigenlijk best een mooi bier.
