(Can) Pours hazy golden amber with decent white head. Subtle aroma with notes of citrus, pepper, vinegar. Light body with good carbonation. Good taste. Citrus, some pleasant sourness. Vinous and acetic notes. Peppery spice notes lead into some pleasant peppery bitterness in finish. A very drinkable, perhaps a little restrained, saison.

Quite malty and grainy but it at least has a saison feel there

Taster showing dark gold to pale amber with half a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of round bready saison malt.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Mild sweetness with round malts throughout and a mild bitterness on the finish.

Slightly hazy bright gold with a white head. Refreshing. Light spice, light fruit, and light yeast. Enjoyable but not a ton of character.
