This Imperial Coffee Stout was Barrel Aged for approximately 10 months and then hit with natural flavors of velvety, smooth Tiramisu. Pastry Stout by nature but still plenty of barrel characteristics to be discovered with each sip.
A dark, rich imperial stout with chocolately coffee and aged in bourbon barrels, flavors of velvety tiramisu and smooth notes of oak.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep brown to light black with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Chocolate mousse on the nose with coffee, bourbon and oak. Hershey's chocolate syrup and warming alcohol on the palate with some marshmallow notes as it warms. Warming bourbon on the finish. A bit thin on the body, but quite enjoyable as a dessert beer. Not overly sweet or cloying..nice barrel throughout.
