Axioms of Probability uses an oat and wheat base before a Citra Incognito, Citra T90, and Galaxy whirlpool, with an Eclipse, Citra, and Galaxy dry hop.
Pouring vivid yellow, a bright melon and assorted tropical fruit nose hits the senses first, before big flavors of ripe melon, mango chunks, fuzzy peach skin, lemon lime, and dank earth. Aromas are mainly fresh citrus hops with a little bit of resin, skunk and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose, good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation with a slightly sweet finish. Add in some onion. Nice beer.

Pours a hazy, golden orange, with mid-sized head. Aroma is dank, with a note of green onion/sharp cheese, along with citrus and tropical fruits. Flavors follow, with a moderate level of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
