Black can. Pop it and its a gushing foaming monster, bullshit. Now I gottah do a cleanup in isle 13. Anyway, once the craggy thing settles into my glass, its a slight haze on pale. Nose is fairly neutral but just maybe getting some volatile hay in there. Even with all the gushing, the palate is flat. First taste is a little more than I like for a pils, the bitterness is quite sharp and I'm getting some of that immature brewer phenolic astringent sharp bite in there. I pour a little more into the glass and there it goes again, foaming all over the table, bullshit. The physical aspects of trying to drink this stuff is pissing me off. I'll just drink the rest right out of the can. Ok, in the middle, the phenolic crap is really building, has none of the manners of a real old country pilsner. In the end, I'm just glad to get to the finish, there, you have it; the thoughts of a macro pale lager lover. Not too enjoyable and will not purchase again. Wasted half of it from the gushing mechanical aspects.

This poured a slightly deeper yellow than normal for a pils. Slightly hazy, with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, cooked veggies and some sort of fuel. First swig was was nice and smooth, creamy and flavourful. Tastes of tea, hay, sweet malt and a little dough. Finish is lightly sweet with tea flavours lingering.

Lemon, barley malt, and grass aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet lemon, barley malt, and moderately bitter dry grass, tin, and quinine flavor. Okay body.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear gold with a full two fingers of white foam. Lovely peppery nose with bready malt aromas. Light honeyed bread with leafy hops on the palate. Drying finish with some light mineral notes.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Menomonee Falls, 11/19/22. Hazy gold, large white head, good retention. Aroma of lemony hops, pale malt. Taste is lemon, pale malt. Simple, crisp, well balanced. Nice.

12oz can. I guess I'd call this more of an American Pils than a German, but moving on. Sweet and a little heavy bodied for the style, fruity esters that seems to in every Warpigs beer....kind of comes off more like an ale. If this had been the Blonde Ale I would have commended them. Not an impressive Pilsner. Somewhere between a Blonde Ale and a Pils. Drinkable, but not really nailing it stylistically.
