Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear pale golden, no head. Lightly rubbery citric nose. Tart with light body and clean, mouthfeel. Green apples, hay and slight sulphur.

Bottle (from Alko web). Very pale yellow colour. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild sugary tones and mild herbal tones. Flavour is apples, some vanilla, mild sugary tones with herbal and mild earthy tones.

Taster at the brewpub. Clear, straw colored. AROMA- apple, herbal, resinous. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very nice cider.

Weich hopfig-apfeliger Beginn. Milde Herbe, trocken, spritzig. Langer spritziger Abgang, gut. 8/9/10/9/11/9
