This porter is booming with flavor from the nose to the finish. We use a blend of roasted, smoked, and caramel malts to drive a smooth mouthfeel, and roasty, smoky flavors. Aged on a small amount of vanilla beans, this beer has subtle sweet notes in the end, but finishes dry. If you are ready for a smooth dark beer, this one is for you.

Draught, Molo Bar, Bryggerifestivalen 2023, third day. Filmy layer leaving scattered lacing on the glass, coal black body. Promising smell of chocolate malts, rounded roasted. Slightly smoked, vanilla chocolate flavours, earthy. Prolonged ending. Decent porter version. (Trondheim, 05.08.2023).

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Black colour, large and creamy beige head. Moderate malty aroma. Smooth and pleasant flavour, hints of chocolate but not too sweet, also hints of mild coffee. Only faint hints of smoked malts and vanilla.
