Dorada turbia. Espuma jabonosa demasiado abundante jabonosa y efervescente. Aroma agradable malta y notas frutales. En boca gas excesivo sin molestar y sabor con base de bollería y contrapunto amargo, frutal con cierta acidez.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 604 (BBF 11/2019). AROMA: medium to medium-low hop aroma with green citrus notes (grapefruit, orange). slightly sweet malt background. APPERANCE: gold color and clear. large (excessive) off-white head with good retention. TASTE: medium to medium-high hop flavor with citrus notes (similar to aroma). almost neutral and slightly sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that lasts. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high to high carbonation. OVERALL: an IPA that resembles more styles from the americas than the UK because of the neutral malt. a bit overcarbonated. good nonethless.
