An American Pale Ale at a slightly hgher ABV to help lift the hop aromas. It is pale in colour with very little malt profile and a low mouthfeel. Whilst the beer has a noticeable hop profile it is also very well balanced with only a medium bitterness so quite refreshing. we use a selection of American hops so look out for mainly citrus, floral and spicy notes along with some tropical fruit and stone fruit.

Can 50 cl. Clear, deep golden with a small, off-white head. Piney hops, a little dusty. Medium body, malty and fruity sweetness, slightly biscuity. Fairly bitter finish. 080224

Gyllengul vätska med finbubbligt skumlock. Brödig och lätt kakig arom med lite citrus och grape. Kladdig malti kropp med lite hög sötma. Ren beska med inslag av mer citrusfrukter i smaken. Eldig och behaglig munfyllnad. Kanske tagit i lite för mycket från tårna då den skall representera APA.
