A rolling collaboration with our marvelously creative friends at Anello. We love their Neapolitan pizza and we designed this beer to go with it.

We laid down a gently sweet and quite crisp malty canvas and layered Saaz and Bramling Cross for a distinctly European beer fermented with British yeast and dry hopped with orangey hops. The dry hop changes seasonally between Ella (in this winter edition), Riwaka and Galaxy.
