Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o ladnej pecherzykowatej piance. Rubinowej barwie. Zapach slodowo karmelowy. W smaku podobne wrazenia moze jeszcze nieco mlecznej czekolady oraz palonego karmelu. Chmielnosc jak na Portera niemieckiego dosc dobra.

Clear purple brown beer, creamy irregular beige head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, caramel, sweet wort. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, lots of grains, hay, soft roast, sourish touch, some yeast. Aftertaste: bit of coffee, dark chocolate, some caramel, still a lot of grains, hay, malty.

330ml bottle [courtesy of barlebier, thank you very much!]. Clear, ruby red glowing dark brown colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish dark malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of grassy hop. Taste is dry dark malty, subtle malt sweetness, slightly metallic and grassy hoppy overtones; moderately sweet dark malty finish, grassy and metallic hoppy overtones. Narrow, restricted, unpleasant metallic touch, more a Dunkel than a Porter for me.

Im Geruch nach "Bauernhof" oder Kräutermalzbonbon. Der Geschmack ist ähnlich und sehr interessant: Es wirkt sehr dickflüssig; ein sehr malziges Bier mit vielen Anklängen an Kräuter- und Malzbonbons. Lang anhaltender Nachgeschmack mit viel Süße. Sehr spezielles Bier, das durchaus probierenswert ist!

Opaque with a small creamy head. Aroma of coffee, cocoa and light char. Flavor is similar, with some sweet pecan added. Medium body is smooth and roasty-dryish.

33cl bottle Brown colour with a creamy, frothy and good lasting tan head. Aroma is slightly toasty, sweet and caramelish. Flavour has notes of caramel, toasted malts, candy sugar and a final moderate bittery. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

Intensiv malziger und hintergründig bitterer Antrunk. Milde Herbe im Mittelteil, das Malz ist ersteinmal im Hintergrund geparkt. Dann wieder malziger, dabei weicher als zuvor, Herbe und Bitterkeit spielen weiterhin eine Rolle. Im Abgang eine Mischung aus herben und malzigen Noten, positiv trocken. 9/10/10/10/12/10
