750 ml corked & caged clear botlle, vintage 2022, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%. Golden colour, moderate and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of apples. Pleasant flavour of fresh Norwegian apples, slightly sour.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, flowers, sour apples, grass, hay, yeast, hints of yellow apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, apple peel, minerals, sour apples, alcohol, sorrel, bark, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, apple peel, cardboard, alcohol, yeast, flowers, hay, bark, grass, minerals, weeds, apple cores, unripe dusty apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, apple peel, yeast, minerals, sorrel, apple cores, bark, alcohol, cardboard, weeds, flowers, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

YG 020721. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, alcohol. Flavor is apples, alcohohol, grass, cellar notes, caramel. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It's an almost clear one, golden in color. Still. The aroma is a bit alcoholic, with lots of sweet apple. Flowery, grassy hints, apple jam, a touch of cellar and some light caramel-ish apple pie hints. It's full-bodied, warming and soft on the palate, with some sourness. Sweet apple, apple jam, grass and cellar hints in the flavor. Alcohol notes. Lasting sweet apple finish. A bit uninteresting at first, but turns out to be very nice. 210702
