Small bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, sour apples, flowers, minerals, yeast, apple peel, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, yellow apples, apple peel, yeast, flowers, hay, minerals, sour apples, grass, alcohol, hints of barnyard. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

YG 090720. Golden-yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavor is apple, sulphur, sourness, sugar, funk, grass. Easy drinkable.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Close to impossible to get the cork out of the bottle, but when I finally managed to do so without any cork going into the cider, it poured a clear, almost still straw yellow color. The aroma has a touch of funk, but mostly it's fresh apples. I wouldn't mind a more pronounced flavor, or more complex flavor, but it's sure pleasant as it is. Hopefully it will evolve over time. The alcohol is well hidden, it's full-bodied, dry and with a little carbonation. Fresh apples, hints of grass and apple cores, some orchard-ish notes and even a slight touch of pits. Lasting apple-fruity finish with an almost lemony sour touch. A very pleasant and dangerously easy drinkable cider indeed. 200709
