Poured from the tap @ MBCC 2023 red session (finally adding my notes). Brown with beige head. Dark fruit, feint wood, decent.

At Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. Nearly blck in the glass. No real head. A lot of red wine and malt with wine and barrel wood on the nose. Taste is a balance between malt and heavy red wine. Fruity. Dry malty in the end. Nice one.

Bottle. Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, some cinnamon, mild tart red wine oakish tones. Flavour is Flemish red with some chocolate, roast and a bit alcohol that burns quite much on the gums. Tartish, not so Portery. Very nice, nonetheless.

--Bottled. -- Black, small head. Funky oaky nose with dark berries, Mid sweet with oaky tartness, rounded mouthfeel. and above medium body. Red wine, licorice and oak. Earthy licorice. Mid bitter finish. Stunning!

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small short lasting beige head. Aroma is woody, roasted malt, vinous, plummy, tart berries, a little raw chocolate. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and musty tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice long bitter tart finish. Enjoyable.
From Backlog. Taster, On tap, at MBCC 24, Copenhagen. Brownish with some white head. Sour, dry, some bitterness. Funky, kinda weird.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Hazy very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, wood and tart fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 270424

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter slightly acetic flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.
