Pale, hazy, The aroma, I mean that's got a lot of pitch, pine, yes muscat as well, but piney retsina sort of character. On the palate, it's more obviously vinous, intense, with lots of sugars, combining with the buggy character that's almost going in a tokaji direction. Sweet pale malts. Just so juicy, delicious. The bugs are complementary.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is quite pungent, with a thorny white grape skin character, moderate funk, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is wonderfully funky, with intensely pungent white grape that has a unique, remarkable complexity, moderate funk, some champagne-like effervescence, and light acidity. That grape character steals the show. Almost indescribable in the muscat depth and complexity. What a beautiful grape lambic.

750mL bottle. Pours murky pale gold with a white head. Tons of musty grapes on the nose; very pungent grapes and lots of punchy funk. Flavour has a very strong, smooth white wine character musty skins, lots of mildew. The expression from the Muscat grapes is quite particular, but makes the beer consistently interesting to drink. I'm not sure I've had a grape lambic like this before, this is really excellent.

Ik bepaal een bofkont aan de zuurgraagd, deze valt 110% mee, goede fruitigheid, beetje wilde perzik achtig met druif, nice … Arjen K.

Almost no head, white rim; deep metallic golden beer. Very intense nose with obvious muscat grapes, but also - and seriously so - musk. Vinous in an amazing way. Sweet, almost as sweet as muscat wine, and again amazingly intense. Acidity is there, but - again - almost as the acids in a white wine, fruity. Fleshy texture, oily, low carbonation. Incredibly better compared to the first try of Muskaat.

Dry and sourish with some grape juice, some tartness and funky farmyardy notes.
