This is a light, bright and very satisfying beer. Lightly golden with a bubbly, medium white head that steadily shrinks to a thin foamy lace, the aroma is soft and sweet with grain and very flowery hops. The taste is full bodied grain with lots of green apple and light but persistent hints of pine and herbs, with a light bitterness that persists through to the finish. Eminently satisfying.

Small creamy white head stayed on a translucent pale golden body. Floral, malt & fruity aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with clean back. Yeast, earth, wheat, metallic, fruity & nicely hopped tastes. Clean!

On tap at the Siren's Calling, Portishead 4/10/2019. Golden in colour, with a thin white, head and moderate carbonation. A touch of grassy hop, sweetish malts, hay some stone fruit, giving way to a lingering, bitter finish. Fine.

14/1/2019. Bottle, oddly stocked alongside a load of otherwise very mainstream beers at View Hotel, Folkestone. Pours golden with a small foamy white head. Aroma of grain, hop, grass and sweet malt. Medium sweetness with light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Ok.

Medium golden color. Noble hops and cereal notes in the nose. Medium body, slightly sweet, decent bitterness. Very drinkable. Certainly nothing mind blowing but overall a nice Hellas when you are visiting Neuschwanstein Castle
