This is a light, bright and very satisfying beer. Lightly golden with a bubbly, medium white head that steadily shrinks to a thin foamy lace, the aroma is soft and sweet with grain and very flowery hops. The taste is full bodied grain with lots of green apple and light but persistent hints of pine and herbs, with a light bitterness that persists through to the finish. Eminently satisfying.

14th May 2016, 500ml bottle in the Californian sun. Clear, light golden pour, white crown on top, soon to become a wisp and collar. Clean tasting and refreshing and slightly sweet, very little actual aroma or taste though. ideal sunshine drink, but it’s not going to test your senses too greatly.

Color y aspecto esperados, dorada clara, de espuma blanca abundante. Aroma atractivo con notas de miel, cereal y ligero toque especiado. Ligeramente amarga, con lupulos especiados. Base de malta marcada, pero no resulta nada dulce, sino más bien seca. Bien balanceada. Super bebible. Gran lager.

Bottle: Golden, smaller white head, lazy carbonation, light to moderate grainy-strawy nose; clean sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, chewy MF; dries out towards the slightly lingering finish, pale malt and a certain bitterness detectable. Quite a decent brew...

Nice smooth helles, but aftertaste is non-existant and mouthfeel leans towards the watery. Flavor is nice and smoth and it pours a beautiful clear golden with creamy, fluffy head that leaves lots of lace work. This is an easy drinker, not much to think about with this one...

Tap in a bar in Kaufbeuren 16/07/12 (can’t remember name) between town centre and DB station - Aktien tap on Kaiser Max Strasse which we went to appeared to have burnt down! Pale golden with a thin white head. Pale malts, straw, grass on both nose and palate allied to a little muted hops. Medium bodied, moderate carbontation, sweetish with a slightly bitter finish.
