Seaman Gose je osvěžující, velmi dobře pitelné lehké pivo s unikátní lehce slanou a nakyslou chutí, kterou doplňují bylinné tóny. Chmelová hořkost je téměř neznatelná, říz střední. Pivo má klasickou světlou, slámově žlutou barvu.
Při tvorbě jeho receptury jsme vycházeli ze starobylé německé tradice pivního stylu „gose“. Světlé, svrchně kvašené pivo s nadpolovičním podílem pšeničného sladu, který jsme doplnili plzeňským a okořenili solí a koriandrem. Chmelili jsme ho velmi malým množstvím chmele Sládek. Pro fermentaci jsme zvolili speciální kmen kvasnic, který produkuje i malé množství kyseliny mléčné.

Clear golden colour with small head.Aroma of lemon and salt nice sour and tart taste good note of citrus and herbs mild acid and spicy finish.

# 4560; 3/2025. Salty, sour, bready aroma. Murky straw body, lacing white head. Sour, salty,coriander, lemon, toasty, zesty, slightly polish finish. Light body, medium carbonation, drinkable. Very good gose. 0,5 l, draught, brewery, Prague.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a lacing, white head. Lactic tart aroma, lemony with a distinct touch of coriander. Light body, lemony tart and not really so much more. A rare clean Gose with no other than traditional flavorings. 230125

Pale golden, almost transparent. Gets a huge head even with slow pouring, good retention, just a hint of lacing. Below average intensity in a simple aroma: a very delicate malty base (cerealy, white bread) with citric notes (mainly lemon rind, maybe a tangerine hint) and a touch of saltiness. Taste notes follow the aroma, plus a very light spiciness/prickliness (coriander?). A bit more intense in taste than in the aroma, but still very delicate/mild overall. Very clean, good taste definition. Low to medium sweetness, quite low citric sourness brings a fresh feel, close to no bitterness but nicely clean and dry enough in finish/aftertaste. Light bodied, average to high but fine-bubbled carbonation brings a lively feel but keeps a slightly silky mouthfeel. Overall: a very delicate/mild, simple, refreshing gose. Nothing special but well made and enjoyable.
