Při tvorbě jeho receptury jsme vycházeli ze starobylé německé tradice pivního stylu „gose“. Světlé, svrchně kvašené pivo s nadpolovičním podílem pšeničného sladu, který jsme doplnili plzeňským a okořenili solí a koriandrem. Chmelili jsme ho velmi malým množstvím chmele Sládek. Pro fermentaci jsme zvolili speciální kmen kvasnic, který produkuje i malé množství kyseliny mléčné.

Canned 500ml. -at Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Pale golden coloured, medium to big white head, light lime and salty nose. Strong salty, lime, light coriander, moderate carbonation and dryish finish.

0.5 l can shared with Ogi at:Projekt, Ljubljana. Clear golden, minimal head. Aroma is lime, zest, bready and mineral. Tart, light body, smooth, soft carbonation. Flavour is coriander, lime, elderflower and apricot. Salty. Dry finish.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark blonde, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak, indicating saltines and fruity citrus. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Taste has a certain sapidity from the first contact with lips, with a light sour. Final is average.

Can, four months after canning after canning. Pours slightly hazy very pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart notes of hay and lemon peel, as well as some salty minerals. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay and lemon peel, as well as notes of berries and salty minerals.

Draught Very even, ultra dense white head, utterly regular over hazy pale yellow beer. Mineral, not-quite-salty, coriander obvious. Smells a tad as if wild yeasts, rather than lactobacillus have been active. Citrus, lactic acid, dry finish, modelled by the coriander. Hints at lactose too, if mineral again. Creamy, light body, low carbonation (I suspect nitrokeg). There's better Gose.

Drucken på fat på brygghusen. Frisk och lätt mjölsyrlig, aningens sälta, precis som en gode ska smaka. Mycket gott

Clear golden colour with small head.Aroma of lemon and salt nice sour and tart taste good note of citrus and herbs mild acid and spicy finish.

# 4560; 3/2025. Salty, sour, bready aroma. Murky straw body, lacing white head. Sour, salty,coriander, lemon, toasty, zesty, slightly polish finish. Light body, medium carbonation, drinkable. Very good gose. 0,5 l, draught, brewery, Prague.
