Seaman Gose je osvěžující, velmi dobře pitelné lehké pivo s unikátní lehce slanou a nakyslou chutí, kterou doplňují bylinné tóny. Chmelová hořkost je téměř neznatelná, říz střední. Pivo má klasickou světlou, slámově žlutou barvu.
Při tvorbě jeho receptury jsme vycházeli ze starobylé německé tradice pivního stylu „gose“. Světlé, svrchně kvašené pivo s nadpolovičním podílem pšeničného sladu, který jsme doplnili plzeňským a okořenili solí a koriandrem. Chmelili jsme ho velmi malým množstvím chmele Sládek. Pro fermentaci jsme zvolili speciální kmen kvasnic, který produkuje i malé množství kyseliny mléčné.

Keg at Vinohradsky Praha, 05/06/24. Moderately hazed golden yellow topped with a good sized white head. Nose is lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, grass, grains. Taste comprises herb, grass, salt kissed, lemon rind, toasted grains, sharp citric zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge. Tidy Gose.

Canned, 500 ml at RBESG, courtesy of Ryan. Cloudy golden with small white head. Lime and salt, super refreshing. nice moderate sourness. Easy drinkable.

Can from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear pale almost greenish gold with a teeny tiny head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, bright, musty, salty, savoury, limey, Turkish delight, gooseberry, white grape juice and a touch The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, puckering, limey zing, gooseberry, white grape, sour melon, savoury edge, salty, savoury crackery malts, tart white wine and some minerality with a drying finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. Works rather well. Interesting and moreish.

Can at Ambasada bar, Zagreb. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma is very fruity with oranges light zest. Taste is fruity with oranges, zest, coriander, light sourness in finish.
