Seaman Gose je osvěžující, velmi dobře pitelné lehké pivo s unikátní lehce slanou a nakyslou chutí, kterou doplňují bylinné tóny. Chmelová hořkost je téměř neznatelná, říz střední. Pivo má klasickou světlou, slámově žlutou barvu.
Při tvorbě jeho receptury jsme vycházeli ze starobylé německé tradice pivního stylu „gose“. Světlé, svrchně kvašené pivo s nadpolovičním podílem pšeničného sladu, který jsme doplnili plzeňským a okořenili solí a koriandrem. Chmelili jsme ho velmi malým množstvím chmele Sládek. Pro fermentaci jsme zvolili speciální kmen kvasnic, který produkuje i malé množství kyseliny mléčné.

Can at Ambasada. Pretty good classic gose. Thin body. Med-light sourness, med-light salt. Clean lacto, light lemony citrusy flavour. Medium coriander, actually a pretty dominant flavour here, but it is good. Tasty, easy drinking. Quite good.

Can 0.5l. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- fermented apple must, close to cider, coriander, salty tones, hay. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, lightly sour, a bit salty, lime, sour apple, coriander, salt. Medium bodied. Well balanced and very tasty.

MBCC. Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, citrus and salt. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 060523

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, mild salt, esters, really authentic Gose character. Taste is the same. Fresh and subtle, a true Gose and no a modern American interpretation of it.

Can from the brewpub. Hazy golden body, big off-white head. Enormous, beautiful aroma, orange jelly, grapes, coriander rules it, jammy. Lean, tart, salty taste, orange-like, jammy, coriander, tea-like, bit weird lean dry prickly mouthfeel. Starts off fantastically, but the body is too light and the sourness vs. flat finish and a lack of body keep it away from the stars.
