0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Dark yellow hazy color, small white head. smells very grape forward, white wine, peaches, passion fruit, grassy, earthy. full body, soft carbonation. tastes passion fruit, some grapes, tannins, white wine, stone fruits. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of passion fruit, grapes and tannins. Good stuff, a bit on the sour sides, but good complexity

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells vinous, peppery, earthy, lactic, passierpassie fruits. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes passion fruit, lactic, earthy, grassy. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of passion fruit, grassy and earthy notes. Nice stuff, too clean for me

Draught, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 05/05/2023. [#6.259 Global - #300 Netherlands - #1 Symbiose Brewing / Blending (My Dutch Brewery #102)] Cloudy, white head. Aroma: white grapes must, funk and brett. Taste: alvarinho must and funk. Next one please!
