Draft. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of peaches, lemons, and funk. The flavor is sour with notes of apricots, peaches, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, along with superhelpful, funny, and sarcastic Rachel, hehe. Appearance: hazy golden. Aroma: sour and grainy. Taste: same. Overall: weird meh.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Red session. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is peachy, apricot. The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, tart juicy citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

MBCC 2023. Cloudy apricot skin color with a minimal white foam. Nose: tons of apricots here in the aroma which ends with a grapefruit note. Mouth has a lactose start and goes immediately fruity-tart. Very refreshing although slightly extreme.
