Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is sweet grains, cereal, sweetish fruity touch from the hops. Taste is the same, grassy and sweet maltiness. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright

2nd January 2022, O'Sheas tasting room, Laguna Niguel, California. 5oz pour, part of a flight of four. Bright, clean and clear golden body, short lived white head. Decent, easy drinking Helles, slightly grainy, slightly grassy, mini-citrus leanings.

Just a damn enjoyable pint, an easygoing helles lager offering up gentle notes of grass, cracker malt, lemon, grain, and a gentle floral bitterness. Wickedly easy to drink, but also surprisingly layered for a beer named The Lightest One. Spot-on.

Can from Trader Joe's in Davis, CA. Pours brassy gold with a large foamy/creamy white head. Aroma is bready with some grassy hop. Near med body. Flavor is bready with spicy hop - quite Noble - but I wondering about the grass in the aroma. Crisp and clean. Good drink.

On tap at Beercraft in Novato. It pours a clear pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is grainy with light notes of lemony hops. The flavor is lightly grainy with hints of earthy noble hop bitterness. Light lemon. Nice notes of hay and fresh cracked grains. Super clean on the palate. Mostly a subtle, earthy hop character. A really nice Helles.
