Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 red session (finally adding my notes). Cloud dull pinkish blonde with small white head. Funk, decent balance, one of the better Dekkera's.

Dark golden with a white head - Sour fruity aroma - Malt body with a sour fruity flavour - Sour fruity flavours goes into the finish that ends dry - This was good and refreshing

MBCC 2023 Copenhagen, Red Session. Slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of farmhouse yeast, wheat malt, banana easy to drink.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours an opaque dull peach yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle cherry skins and muddled wild yeast. Flavour brings out muddled cherry skins, earthiness, and light oak. Muddled and not on-point. Messy and uncoordinated.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, fresh funk, peaches, apricots. Taste is the same, barrel funk, fruity, dry finish, some tannins. Velvety mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Tasty!
