On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense black pepper along with a touch of funk. Flavour is loaded with intense black pepper, with a touch of funk and gentle acidity. A black pepper bomb that drowns out the funk. It's alright.

MBCC. Hazy golden without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, barnyard and heavy pepper. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 060523

Tap. Clear orange color with white head. Aroma is pepper, mild funk, not intense yet, but what looks like shallow waters is sometimes deep. Taste is full-blown pepper explosion, very aromatic, well-integrated with the lambic funk. Oily mouthfeel, flat. I like, but you need to like the pepper here.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and superhelpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Some pepper and funk. Much more pepper in taste. Ok.
