On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense black pepper along with a touch of funk. Flavour is loaded with intense black pepper, with a touch of funk and gentle acidity. A black pepper bomb that drowns out the funk. It's alright.

Tap. Clear orange color with white head. Aroma is pepper, mild funk, not intense yet, but what looks like shallow waters is sometimes deep. Taste is full-blown pepper explosion, very aromatic, well-integrated with the lambic funk. Oily mouthfeel, flat. I like, but you need to like the pepper here.
