Keg draught at Saint Monday taproom, Hackney. Orange/brown, almost burnt sienna. Clear with a small off-white head. Sweet pepper melds with the sweet spices - a strange but enticing aroma. I dislike it, then I get used to it, then I start to love it. Sweet taste with the pepper to the fore. Light warming notes toward the finish. I’ll say this: you aren’t likely to have another beer like this. Crazy and lovely.

Draught at BeerGeek Slavíkova. Cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- very nice aromatic pepper, not sharp, wild and funky, leather, sea buckthorn, apricot. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly sour and tart, nice cubeb pepper again, apricot, wild, lemon, sea buckthorn. Medium bodied. It works greatly!

Draught Rather good, if dwindling white foam over veiled orange-ochre beer. Bit overdone perfumey, bathtub-cum-ginger. Also lavender and spruce, cypress. Ginger, lavender, black pepper, allspice and other spices assaulting the palate. There's horseblanket behind, but as tucked away behind all the perfumey fireworks. Acidburn and -thinning, rather low carbonation, dry-out effect. Spice is overdosed, definitely.

Pours a bit cloudy blonde. Small white head. Scent is quite refined pepper, very aromatic, herbal. Traces of lambiek funk remain. Taste is sharp, tart, dry , very aged lambiek , loud damp woodyness, pepper more in balance, less OP than the aroma. Very decent and interesting. Has a refreshing touch, though the base lambic is a bit beyond it's prime and seems to old, too damp woody. But this makes it a fun mix !

MBCC 2023 Copenhagen, Red Session. Slightly hazy golden colour. Aroma and Taste of tart grapes, some pepper, spices, tart finish. Interesting.

MBCC 2023. Hazy golden with a small white head. Funky and spicy aroma with perfumed notes of pink peppercorns. Dry and tart funky flavour with a perfumed spicy touch.
