Peer into the glass, what do you see? Welcome to our new Hilly Hoppy Sour Raw Ale! She’s brand new and here to stay as the 6th beer in our Poesiat & Kater core line up! Hilly is a lightly soured and complex beer that does things differently in our endeavour to explore the frontiers of brewing. Hilly is firstly brewed from a no-boil wort to preserve precious flavours from the malts, then kettle soured and finally dry hopped with cryo Simco and Amarillo hops. Refreshing, sour and hoppy!

Can at Free Beer opening party. Hazy light golden. Wheat, sour grains, lemon, soft herbal and grassy hops, oats, a bit dusty. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Light bodied, a bit dry. OK.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2023) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with mango, pineapple, passion-fruit and orange. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, orange, lemon and a slightly tart finish with a mild citric bitterness.Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, with a mild acidity and a fresh hop presence. Nice one.

Clear golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of tart citrusy hops, flowers, lime. Taste of tart lemon juice, zest, citrus, pale malt. easy to drink.
