With a soft and delicate texture, its fresh and spicy aromas balance each other and release a unique flavor. Beer with a summer character, excellent as an aperitif. In 2019 this beer won the bronze medal in the Belgian Style Witbier category.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an orangey/reddish amber with a neat, slightly pink head with excellent retention. Very distinct raspberry aroma. Medium body, oddly low carbonated. Very sweet raspberry fruitiness and all seems good, but there's an underlying uncleanliness bordering moldy. Forget about any hoppiness or traces of the base Witbier - this is sugary raspberry cordial. 120425

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear light pink with a moderate white head. Aroma is lightly raspberry, but strong enough to occlude the malt. Approaching med body. Flavor is dry and delicately raspberry. Malt is hard to find. Turns very slightly fruit sweet towards the finish. Nice.

bottle from superbrugsen sydhavn. herbal red fruit jam aroma. red grenadine, comes off as sweetened and artificial, red cocktail fruits. Sweet candised cherries or raspberries, faint rubbery. flavor is sweet raspberries, fruit stone, sweet malts, faint alc. bitterness. like a watery wheat stirred up in sweet red-fruit jam. mostly resembles a cherry-coke made using wheat beer instead of cola.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish amber colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly artificial raspberry aroma, hints of raspberry pulp, raspberry juice, fruit acid, citric acid. Taste is initially tart-ish and sugary sweet-ish, fruity, slightly artificial hints of raspberry, very strange, fishy middle part, hints of old shrimps, sweet, fruity finish. Watery texture, rather indifferent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Initially. though slightly artifical, acceptable nose, but the olfaction become corrupted by the fishy taste; finally almost undrinkable. Had this fishy raspberry effect a few times before but never to that extent - quite horrible.
