A really exciting collaboration with Origin Coffee. We've dosed this luxurious stout with lashings of cold brew washed San Fermin and recirculated the entire batch through 50kg of natural Ethiopian Goru Muda beans. Expect coffee flavours of strawberries, oranges, mango, dark chocolate and caramel in amongst a layered stout malt bill full of roast and plummy raisins.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A dark mahogany brown black coloured pour with a fine mid tan head. Aroma is earthy toffee, mellow smoke, coffee bean, light smoke. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, mellow ashy smoke, earthy roast, light salt. oily. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation Good. oily.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 04/12/21. Black with a good sized khaki covering. Nose is coffee grinds, baking powder, earthy, toffee, dark malts, ashen tones. Taste comprises earthy roast, toasted brown sugars, coffee bean, charr, ashen notes, cocoa powder, raisins, roasted bite, dark malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid roasty porter.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours back-brown with a small, creamy tan head. Medium sweet flavour with creamy coffee character, mellow roast, dark fruit accents. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some ash, black coffee, char, burnt rubber, earth. Good one overall.
