2/10 0.33 l can courtesy of Marko, thanks for getting me a new beercountry! It poured pale yellow body with smaller, but persistent head. Malty, lemony and slightly alcoholic aroma. Similarly, the flavor is dominated by sweet honey malts, spiced with lemon and sharp alcohol bite. Full, heavy bodied with long warming and sweet finish. Expected more from it anyway, but still not so bad as it was to the others.

33cl can from SuperAlco, Tallinn. I read 7% on the can. Poured pale golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, vegetables. Flavor slightly sweet, corn, malt. Surprisingly not much alcohol in taste despite the high ABV. Still not something I would like to try again.

Yellow coloured, small white head, sweet alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, sharp alcoholic and some vegetables with short syrupy finish. Crap.

Can I brought half a year ago from Tallinn. Poured a pale golden body with a thick white head that went away slowly. Soft oily nose loaded with alcohol, blah. Empty, slightly sticky but dry malty nose, stale, warming and despite everything kinda drinkable. Bock? Riiiight.

500ml bottle bought in Tallinn for our Baltic Beer Session 27. Oct. 2009. Nauseating aroma of lemon, alcohol and sweaty feet. Tastes like cornflakes with sugar, milk and a dash of vodka.

Shared at an Estonian drinking session, thanks to Stefan and Elisabeth for carrying a 500ml bottle from Tallinn to Tromsø. White foamy head over a bright, yellow-straw coloured body. Dry smell of sour, pale malts. Sweet and, in fact, sweaty taste of fruits with alcohol steam. Some sweet corn, too. Not approved as a double bock (Tromsø, 27.10.2009).

Pale, sweet, plastic bottle, sweet, some malt, sweet, light golden straw color and sweet. Out of a supermarket in Tartu. OK for a refreshing drink after sauna, but for that purpose actually too high in alcohol.

Little head, big-bubbled, over dark golden beer. Grainy, perfumed, sweet-alcoholnose. Bitter-sweet, almondy, cheap alcohol taste - awful. Sharp alcohol-warming flavour and MF. Very poor - doesn’t deserve the moniker "Double Bock". Malt Liquor nails it. Thanks to Stefaan!

500ml Bottle- Golden/amber in colour with a malty, vegetable like aroma along with a mild alcohol scent. Fairly sweet and malty taste with not much of an aftertaste. Does not taste like it’s 8%.
